Important things to know before you visit:
Facilities: Food and Beverages(on additional cost), First-Aid, Free Wi-Fi, guest services Desk, Toilets, Lost and Found, ATM, Mosque, Mother & Child Room.
Al Montazah Amusement Park Tickets are non-refundable.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
Management reserves the right to inspect all bags before entry into the park.
Al Montazah Parks provides wheelchairs for people with disabilities at the ticketing counter.
Pets are not allowed in the adventure park.
Go-pros or similar devices are not allowed on any of the rides.
Differently-abled people can avail fast passes so that they don’t have to wait in long lines.
All-day free parking for all.
Parking is available at the entrance and other parking structures across Flag Island.
Monitored by our Security Team via CCTV cameras across the parking lots.
As we take responsibility for your fun, we request you take care of your kids and be responsible for your belongings.
Even though our parking lot is safe and monitored, please do not leave any valuables in the car.
We are not responsible for any losses or thefts that may occur in the parking lot.

20 minutes (15.3km) approx. from Dubai International Airport  

By Car:
From Dubai: 25 – 30 min
From Abu Dhabi: 1hr 30 mins – 2hrs
From North Emirates: 2hrs 40 mins
The travel time is subject to change depending on the day of travel and traffic  

By Public Transportation: If you’re coming to visit us from Dubai or other neighbouring Emirates, then you may take a bus going to Sharjah – Al Jubail Bus Station. From there, grab a taxi, and we are just a 3-minute ride away (1.2km) or you may choose to walk as its only 5 minutes by walk.
